Installation Services
DCI
Provides Free Customer Delivery Anywhere in Delaware
DCI Order Form (you can fill-out, save a copy, print, and e-mail)
DCI provides delivery in Delaware of DCI’s products at no additional cost to our
customers. We will deliver shipments to your building’s loading dock or
ground level entrance doorway. The protective packaging is not removed to
help prevent product-handling damage when you are moving your purchase to
its permanent location.

Provides Product Installation Service Anywhere
in the State of
Delaware
| Furniture
Installation |
DCI provides customer installation services when
ordering case goods and seating. This service includes; product
assembly, set-up and removal of delivery packaging materials.
For orders of $5,000.00 or less, an installation fee of 6%
will be charged. For orders larger then $5,000.00 an installation
fee of 8% will be charged. The installation fee is in
addition to current prices and should be shown as a line item on
your purchase order.

| Office System Installation |
DCI
provides office system furniture customers installation services
which include; delivery, assembly and removal of packaging materials
for a fee of 13% of the total order. Should you
require installation on a weekend holiday, or nights the fee
is 17% of the total order
Powerworks Office Systems will incur an installation
fee of 18%.

| Dormitory Furniture |
Due to
the unique nature of each dormitory delivery and installation, DCI
will provide a price quotation for this
service.
|
Delivery and
installation services outside of Delaware will require a DCI price
quotation.
DCI
provides one (1) month free product storage at no additional cost if you
need to delay original delivery date. Each additional month (or partial
month) of delay beyond the original due date will incur a separate storage
fee of 3% of the order total value.
