Concrete Design Systems produces a variety of precast concrete products, as well as fabricated metal or steel products, utilized in construction of residential dwellings, office buildings, retail shops, highways, and in prison construction. Almost any prefabricated precast design or metal fabrication can be produced to specifications ranging from utility structures (such as catch basins, inlet and outlet structures, electrical junction wells, head walls and specialized utility structures) to designer exposed aggregate panels, as well as fabricated metal items such as prison locker boxes, institutional style beds and other specialized structures.

Concrete Design Systems was originally established in the 1980’s to meet the needs of prison construction in the state of Delaware where the program produced many of the precast materials for the construction of several new prison facilities in the State, which included precast panels for cells, concrete pads for construction of buildings, site work and numerous other items.

Concrete Design Systems is capable of remodeling and constructing within security restrictions. From there the program went on to produce designer exposed stone panels for office buildings and utility structures for many of the subdivision development projects springing up throughout the state of Delaware during the recent real estate boom. Concrete Design Systems has over 20 years of experience in precast design and production and has been utilized in many sophisticated projects. The program also produces a number of concrete products used for home beautification and utility structures. A general listing of products is listed, however, keep in mind that Concrete Design Systems can product almost any concrete or metal product according to specification.
