Correctional Department Garment Manufacturer : CDGM employs thirty-five full-time inmate workers. These workers receive raw materials from as far away as Pakistan and subsequently manufacture approximately 200,000 items annually for the Delaware Department of Correction. They produce all inmate uniforms, boxers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, and aprons for the various State Institutions. They are directed by two Delaware Correctional Industries Trades Instructors in their endeavor to satisfy the institutional customers, instill a good work ethic, and gain marketable skills.
